About this property

Spectacular apartment with pool. Venalmar Terrace

Spectacular apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private terrace in Estepona, located in the exclusive urbanization of Benamara, in the Venalmar Complex, which has a communal pool and gardens, as well as direct access to the beach, which is just a few meters away.

We access the apartment directly to the spacious and bright living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a seating area with a sofa, armchair, pouf, Smart TV and coffee table. From the living room we can access the large private terrace, facing south, which has a dining table and chairs for 6 people, as well as a living area with sofas and a coffee table, where you can enjoy the fantastic weather of Costa del Sol. The terrace is surrounded by greenery, which makes it even more pleasant.

Returning to the interior of the apartment, we find the spectacular kitchen, open to the living room and with a dining table for 6 people. It is very spacious, modern and bright, and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable.

Next to the kitchen and living room we find a small toilet with WC and sink.

From the entrance we find a corridor on the right that leads to the 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The first bedroom is on the right and has 2 single beds of 0.90 m x 2 m, a built-in wardrobe, a window with views of the gardens and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Right in front of this first bedroom we find the second bedroom, with 2 single beds of 1.05 m x 2 m, built-in wardrobe, direct access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower.

At the end of the corridor we find the master bedroom, very spacious and with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 2 m, 2 walk-in wardrobes, direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom integrated into the bedroom, very spacious and with direct access to the dressing rooms. This one has a shower and a large bathtub, as well as a separate WC area.

The apartment also has a private outdoor parking space next to the entrance. In addition, the complex has gardens and a communal pool, as well as direct access to the beach, which is only a few meters away.

* The swimming pool of this property will be open from June 1st to September 30th.

The area where the apartment is located, in the Benamara Urbanization, is spectacular, surrounded by green areas. Very close to the apartment there is a beach bar, and the commercial area is only 5 minutes away by car. Estepona is 10 minute drive away and Marbella just 15 minutes.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.


During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

* The pool of this property will be closed due to water restrictions imposed by the city council until further notice.

Great break

Wonderful apartment in a very peaceful location. Beautiful grounds. Property manager Hilary very thoughtful and helpful. A few niggles with electrics and not enough glasses but 5* overall.
