Living/dining room: Freeview TV, Sofa Bed (Double)
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washer Dryer
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. . Back garden with patio, sitting out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The lovely village of Bwlch has a couple of pubs, shops, and places to eat and is just 7 miles from the historic town of Brecon.
The property consists of a double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower cubicle. The lounge including a tv and dining table, double futon sofa bed, and a retro record player with vinyl LP’s available. The Kitchen provides an electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer.
The patio doors then lead to the patio and grassed area, with garden furniture. Parking is to the front of the property. Pub and restaurant 352 yards.
