There is also a games room with table tennis for your entertainment. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size and a mezzanine twin bedroom, both with zip/link beds, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a shared garden to the front with furniture and ample off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. within 0.1 miles there is a Co-op shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Stables Cottage is a charming base for avid walkers and cyclists.

Lockerbie has bars, shops, and a jazz festival. Kagyu Samye Ling, the first Tibetan Buddhist Center in the West, is a short drive from Langholm. Day visitors can explore the temple or relax in the peace gardens and grounds year-round.
