Apartment with large terrace by the beach in proximity of FCO airport

We are lucky to be located in one of the quietest parts of town, right across from the main public beach. Access is open to humans and their four-legged friends, as is our apartment! It is the perfect space to walk your pet, where they will meet many others to make friends with! Water spouts for them to drink from - or play with :-) - are located every few streets, and the long promenade is most relaxing. There are restaurants along the promenade, a supermarket (Todis) a few blocks away), and other restaurants also inland a few block away as well. Food is never a problem in Fiumicino!
You will be able to park your car at the apartment! Yes, we offer a provate parking spot for our guests, which is the second one from the right (not counting the main gate as that is for general loading or unloading and one of the apartments has a private spot inside). Parking in Fiumicino can be a chore, as it is in all of Italy unfortunately, but we are fortunate to be able to offer this service to our guests. Street parking is available of course, and we are in a quiet part of town, so usually easier to park than other parts or town. However, be forewarned that during Summer it gets busy, so having a parking space is PRICELESS! :-)
