Welcome to your new holiday home in North Acton! This delightful 4-bedroom flat is situated in a bustling yet peaceful part of the city. The flat is on the second floor, a common feature in London buildings. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Sleeping Arrangements:

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 9 adult guests. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

The master bedroom has a queen bed (2 guests)
The second bedroom has a double bed (2 guests)
The third bedroom has a double bed (2 guests)
A single bedroom has a single bed that converts into a double bed (single size 80 cm width x 200 cm length, which opens to double size 160 cm width x 200 cm length) (1-2 guests)
The living room contains a sofa bed (1-2 guests), which opens into a small double bed.
Travel cot must be requested in advance.

Please note: This apartment sleeps 9 people but only has 1.5 bathrooms. If you require more bathrooms, please consider our larger apartments.

Please note that you must climb stairs.
There are 17 steps to the first floor: 12 steps to the first landing and then 5 steps to the flat. Inside the flat, there are 2 flights of stairs—10 stairs on the first flight and 6 stairs on the top flight.

CCTV: CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property for your safety, although your privacy is respected inside the apartment.
No parties: It is a residential building, and our neighbours must be respected. A noise detector is installed to prevent disturbances. If you do not follow this rule, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund, and your deposit will be charged.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
No unregistered guests/visitors: Please ensure you book for the correct number of people. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you invite an unregistered visitor.
Early check-in/bag drop-off: If you wish to drop off bags early or request an earlier check-in, please contact us in advance. Our cleaning and Airbnb management company charges £20 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off.
Travel cot: We are happy to provide a travel cot for a fee of £20 per stay, available upon request.
