Location is very good…unit is in an older project but has very nice amenities including tv, fridge with ice maker, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean with linens, iron and ironing board and blow dryer. Perfect for our stay (close to the wedding venue) and half the price of a comparable motel room.
Condo is located in a secured community. The floor plan is spacious for a studio, and full size refrigerator is very useful. The property was well suited for my long term stay as I knew I would be eating out and that there was a laundromat near the relative I was caring for. The hot tub and pool area is beautiful!
This is like a hotel with a full size refrigerator. I wish it had a hot plate to cook on and a small table for two. The shower/tub needs a handrail and/or non slip pad. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice sized.

Nice area but outdated
The area where the condo is located is absolutely beautiful but the condo itself is outdated with stains and chipped furniture and rust in the bathroom. No instructions were sent to get in so I had to call VRBO to intervene and waited 45 minutes.

A one-bedroom in name only
Somebody chopped up mulit-bedroom apartments into poorly laid out studios. It’s not pretty; the view of the woods out the one window sucks, I don’t remember the kitchen
Nice quiet location inside the King and Bear development. Convenient to restaurants and golf. Owner was responsive and helpful for any questions.
Pool are was very nice and relaxing.
Love staying here. It’s our 3rd time here. It’s perfect for me and my husband. Great accommodations. Beautiful area. Love the hot tub and pool
Close to our family.
The place was beautiful, I liked the key fob style security and the fact that you had to be vetted to enter the community...very nice.
The owner really needs to update the kitchen faucet and the bathtub fixture.
The room we stayed in was great. It was missing the oven which made it sort of hard to have home-cooked meals. We have to eat out every night. Otherwise we had to microwave everything that made no sense. I also enjoyed the pool. It was like a heaven oasis.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a TPC property. The buildings and rooms are in good condition. The system for entry was efficient. The rooms are a little dated and could use some renovating, especially the bathroom. The price was excellent. We will stay there again in the future.
Great location for us as we were visiting our children and grands.
Great experience. Great location to everything we needed. We were less than 10 miles from children so we were in a perfect location.
Beautiful grounds and very relaxing atmosphere. Great stay.
We enjoyed the area and met some nice people staying there as well. I was glad the owner, Mike, was accessible to text and answer back.

Laterra Stay
Everything was fine but check in , it took us 2 1/2 hours before we were able to reach our host after 4:00 pm check in time. Finally got into unit at 8:00 pm. Tracked down our hosts telephone number through the superintendent of the building. Called and texted until got a response at 6:30pm. Host said he had been I’ll and wasn’t aware we were arriving that day. He eventually compted the couple hours.
The water in the toilet continuously ran throughout the stay.

Last minute entry instructions which cause needless worry & multiple plumbing issues.
We received entry instructions at the very last minute which really caused us needless anxiety, so we called VRBO for help. It is like a hotel room but does have a full sized refrigerator. There is a bare bone amount of kitchen utensils, and only one teaspoon and one soup spoon, a couple of forks and knives and no toaster. There was no working plug for the bathroom sink My husband wanted to soak in the tub after being on the golf course all day but the tub drain does not hold water. The pressure of the shower was poor because the tub spout diverter was leaking and the toilet never stopped running. So every plumping fixture needed repair, even the kitchen faucet. Also, hair dryer does not work . That bathroom sure could use a couple of hooks to hang clothes on and another towel bar.
But the bed sheets were very soft and the place was clean.
Matt was extremely helpful. Located close to grocery store and Dunkin Donuts. Matt suggested laundry facilities within 8 - 10 miles and the Golf Course King & Bear were beautiful and people friendly. Golf Hall of Fame local till 2023 we’ll worth a visit
Overall facility was excellent. Only issue we ran into was when we checked into the room it smelled of weed/marijuana, bought air freshener immediately and it did take a couple days to rid the room of the odor. Other than that we had no other issues.
Also since it was a weeks stay may want to consider providing more towels since there is no housekeeping.
Thank you!!
