It consists of a living area with sofa bed, a sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The apartment is equipped with heating and cooling, sofa bed, Led TV, hairdryer, wifi, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Centrale Mazzoni is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and 7 minute from Piazzale Roma. The closest water bus stop is called “Ferrovia”, from which Line 1 takes you to Rialto Bridge, San Marco and Lido.
To get to Marco Polo airport you can take both the bus and the taxi from Piazzale Roma. Besides, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the Guglie area, the Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio, where many bars and excellent local restaurants.
The check-in is made possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-in is also possible, by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of € 5 per night per person.
