Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, easy to find and very close to everything in an area with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. easy to get in and out with the key system and Davide always responds in a very short time. The place is definitely worth it, it is very large and comfortable with an exceptional living room. You experience Milan in the atmosphere Definitely to go back

We’d love to stay here again, and recommend it!

The apartment is located in a well kept building and quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the tube station. The apartment is very well appointed and provides great comfort with some modern finishing touches. It is very spacious and well laid out. There are air conditioning units in all rooms. There are two complete washrooms; one offering more of a glamorous look while the other offers more of the traditional Italian look. The kitchen and living room allow for ample living space and visiting. The high ceilings throughout the apartment certainly contribute to the spaciousness. We did not make much use of the kitchen though it did seem to be well equipped. Wifi is offered, it was the most reliable and fast we found in our month long trip throughout Italy. The host was responsive and timely, and did their best to provide suggestions and solutions to every requests we had. The host communicates well, even from before your stay! We’d love to stay here again, and recommend it!

Good enogh for 4 personns but not for 7

The apartment is not sized for 7 people. The dining table can accommodate 4 people. The others won't even have anything to sit on. Similarly, there are not enough dishes. In addition, gretters are not accomodating and even lyers.... They pretend that we can find folding chairs in the storage which was completely incorrect and seems anoyed when we asked. If you are 4, this apartment will be very good for you. It has recently been refurbished and is a 25 minute walk from the cathedral.

Readiness of apartment & communication

The apartment was nice, but unfortunately it was not ready for both of us. The 2nd bedroom was not prepared, had no sheets or towels. When we communicated that to the greeter, there was this back and forth that we needed to communicate that we needed the 2nd bedroom. Which was totally idiotic. When a person reserves 2 bedrooms that is what should be prepared. We were communicated that someone would come back same day between 7-8. We waited the entire evening and no one showed up or communicated back to us. We reached out again and Andrea responded with it was a miscommunication and Bruno would be there next day. I asked if it was going to be in the morning and no response. still no one returned back the next day or the entire team. And there was no communication thereafter from anyone. We were on holiday and to have no room to say in is horrible. The guest slept on the couch and we had to purchase a towel to use.
