Late summer family holiday

Very spacious house, well kitted out with all mod cons and finishing touches. Great location. Quiet yet close to the main beach.

Beautiful house and perfect location!

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. It felt like our home for a week rather than just a holiday let. Weather wasn’t great for most of our stay so we spent a lot of time in the very comfortable upstairs living room with its huge tv and beautiful big windows with sea views. Ideal location, just a short walk to beach, coastal path and Polzeath restaurants. We’d love to return!

Beautiful house in great location

We had a fantastic week at Chy An Ros. The house is even better than it looks in the photos and is very well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s just a couple of minutes walk to the beach from the back gate along the footpath. We would love to stay there again if we’re back in Polzeath.

Excellent property

We have stayed in Polzeath a few times at different properties but Chy An Ros is far superior than anything else. The photos do not do it justice it is very well presented, spotlessly clean and in a good position. Unfortunately the weather over the last 2 weeks has not been good so it was great to have a lovely house to spend time in. Would most definitely stay again!

Very comfortable, great location

The house has everything you need, particularly if the weather isn't perfect. Views of the sea and an easy walk through the garden down to the beach. Not far from Padstow or Port Issac. The Point at Polzeath is a great facility to have so close. We played golf and tennis, cycled the camel trail and did a couple of beautiful of coastal walks. Lovely!
