Perfectly located, we love being only walking distance to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Camden Market. We also love going for brunch at neighbourhood cafes, walks in the Heath and live music at our local pub, while still being a quick tube ride to Oxford Circus, Soho and Covent Garden.
Our home is comfortably furnished with lots of natural lighting and is fully-equipped with all you'll need for the prefect stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The property is located at a beautiful neighbourhood only about a 15 min walk to Primrose Hill, Kentish Town, Camden Market and Hampstead Heath. There are also lots of great pubs within the neighbourhood just up the road where you can grab a pint, or if you're a tourist, experience an authentic English pub.
The closest tube station to the flat is Chalk Farm that runs on the Northern Line.
Buses 24 and 46 that goes to Kings Cross have a bus stop just 50m from the front door
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
