Positive and negative (the latter if you have mobility problems)
Positive: Very nice and spacious apartment with 3 balconies facing to the south and the Mediterranean. Don't worry about the road between the apartment and the sea, the traffic is not very intensive and it is easy to cross the street. It is a very short walk to the A & N office if any questions or problems and also, very close to restaurants, bars and small "supermercados". if you are 4 - 6 people two bathrooms is very convenient. Internet was working fine, after we figured out that the information in the welcome sheet was wrong - we looked at the router where the correct codes and passwords could be found.
Negative - only if you are disabled and confined to a wheelchair: First of all, the ramp in the entrance is very steep and if you are not able to walk the stairs to the lift you need to be VERY strong to push the person in the wheelchair up the ramp. There is some sort of "lift" which may be used instead of the stairs, but from we can understand it was not working or was not accessible for people renting this apartment (?). Secondly, the entrance to the bathrooms and the bedrooms are far to narrow for a standard size wheelchair and if you are unable to walk this might be a problem. Thirdly, more specific information about the dishwasher, washing machine and the induction hob would be appreciated, though we managed to find out after some trial and error.
Conclusion: Very nice apartment, close to amenities and with a magnificent view, but maybe not wheelchair friendly
