The space
This Edwardian Villa is in the heart of the seaside village of Mundesley and sister to Seashore House a 5 min walk away. The house has 6 bedrooms spread over the top two floors with 2 king size bedrooms at the top with stunning sea views (one with an en-suite shower and toilet, the other with its own sink) there is a further room on this floor with 2 single beds. On the first floor are 2 rooms with 3 single beds (one with sea view, the other with en-suite loo) and another king size bedroom with similar sea view and en-suite toilet and shower. There are two further communal bathrooms (one with separate shower and bath) on the first floor. All the bathrooms have been completely remodelled to add the luxurious touch you would get in a boutique hotel.
Downstairs there is a large lounge and a huge kitchen dining room both with doors out to the patio which leads onto the generous lawned and fully enlosed back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers an integrated fridge freezer, an Aga plus separate hob. There is a further large American style fridge freezer in the games room. There is also a shower room toilet and utility room (separate washing machine and dryer) on this floor.
A 5 minute stroll down a quiet private road takes you to the park with the beach just a couple of minutes further. Mundesley has one of Norfolk’s finest Blue Flag beaches. You can learn to surf, walk for miles, or hire bikes in the local cycle shop, play golf on the 9 hole course or look further afield at the many attractions and things to do in the surrounding area.
Please ask for details on things to do including hiring a private chef, restaurants to book ahead or a variety of hen weekend activities.

About the host
Hosted by Larissa Miller

I have been visiting the seaside village of Mundesley since I was born as my mum is from this area. We lived in London and finally made the permanent move to Norfolk with our 3 boys 10 years ago. We live 30 mins from Mundesley and my boys have grown up playing on the beautiful beach here. 10 years on I still feel like I am on a permanent holiday as I love living in this beautiful part of the country. I hope guests love it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Review from Liam on Airbnb Aug 22: "This property simply blew every single one of us away. The decor was outstanding and to the point we have all commented on trying to imitate some of it… the quality of furnishings and products was utterly fantastic… the location simply brilliant and the welcome, communication and warmth of the hosts should be the standard everyone on the site should endeavour to get to. We felt very lucky to stay and did not want to leave. We shall return… sooner rather than later. Larissa, many thanks for hosting and affording is wonderful memories"

"Exceptional house
Beautiful house clean, stunning decor and well located
Nothing could be better just wish we could stay longer"
Recently renovated to a very high standard Highview House has been created to feel like a boutique hotel but with guests having the whole house to themselves to create the stay they want, no need to follow anyone else's rules or expectations. Make your celebration a formal affair with dressing for dinner, a murder mystery evening, cocktails and afternoon tea or make it a chilled-out beach vibe, days on the sand learning to surf and walking then lounging around the house with wine and gin!

What makes this property unique
In this quaint village on the stunning Norfolk coast with only a short walk to the beach you can have a car free holiday. We can advise you on numerous extras to have at the house such as a private chef, cocktail classes, painting classes, spa and beauty treatments to make this a perfect break in a beautiful location with stunning interiors.
