There is a kitchen with a range master cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a living/dining room with TV and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single which can become a double bed with TV, along with a shower room. There is an enclosed, quiet garden area next to the car parking space, with picnic table and gas barbecue. Off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no smoking allowed. 25 Yon Street makes a fantastic base to Devon. Note: There are two steps up to the property.

Newton Abbott's shops and architecture, Torquay's lovely harbour and activities, and Exeter are all easily accessible and worth a visit.
