The bedrooms consist of a double and a single which can become a double bed with TV, along with a shower room. There is an enclosed, quiet garden area next to the car parking space, with picnic table and gas barbecue. Off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no smoking allowed. 25 Yon Street makes a fantastic base to Devon. Note: There are two steps up to the property.

Town: A lovely Devon village for a vacation. Kingskerswell boasts beautiful views of Dartmoor, charming architecture, and a rich history. The community has shops, taverns, a post office, and 6 churches, one from the 14th century. It's an excellent place for walkers, with a woodland bordering the settlement and various walking paths nearby. Dartmoor National Park is also nearby and worth visiting. Newton Abbott's shops and architecture, Torquay's lovely harbour and activities, and Exeter are all easily accessible and worth a visit.
