Mix up

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We arrived to find a 1 bed apartment and a very uncomfortable camp bed. We moved out next morning and relocated to a much better place . They handle the complaint well. But the initial mistake was disappointing

Funchal

Lovely apartment, very clean and smart. We were provided with extra fans when we requested them. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a bar below the apartment which was noisy on one evening, this was when a local football team had won!
