As one of the few if not only villa our check-in time is after 10.00 in the morning and departure on your last day 20.00 in the evening to give you maximum enjoyment.

The villa nestles below the mountains with open woodlands to the entrance side and offers mountain and panoramic views from the top terrace across the bay to Altea and the mountains towards Guadalest and the National Park.

The villa is also near the Sha Spa Hotel, and only a 12 minute stroll to the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and It is an approx 22 min stroll to the beach front or 6 minutes on a bicycle. Frequent buses, No 10, run between Albir and onto both Altea and Benidorm and the nearest bus stop is by Mercadona supermarket 12 minutes stroll away and outside Albir Gardens Resort.

The villa was built in 1970 in a typical Spanish rustic style on the outside, however the inside offers all modern amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms and Is set in a walled garden with access via a door or the electric gate to the covered gravelled parking area for bicycles and 2 cars, there are also parking for 2 additional cars.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, en-suite to the master bedroom with a full length bath with shower and a 2nd bathroom with a shower cubicle. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. Outside pool shower and and toilet.

The villa offers WiFi throughout and over a hundred tv channels in Spanish, English, French, German, a few channels in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish.

The garden also features it own private 4 x 8 meter swimming pool, tiled pool terrace with 4 sun loungers, 2 pool bean bags, and 2 parasols, and a covered dining area for pool side dining.

Outside in front of the outer lounge you will also find a 3 x 10 meter covered terrace area with seating for those chill out days, or pre dinner evening drinks.

There are also various seating areas around the grounds and the roof terrace which is excellent for sunset drinks and stunning panoramic mountain views. Here you will also find a table and 4 chairs and 2 sun chairs.

The villa has been styled with an eclectic style mixing a collection of vintage and modern furniture for your comfort. Creating different mood areas with an East Asian influence.

All the lightning in the villa are mainly soft lights/mood lights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to create and serve a home cooked meal, fan oven, 3 ring gas hob, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle and a dishwasher.

You will also find a washing machine located in the outside pool toilet.

The 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds can also be accessed from the house, however it also has its own access via a small private courtyard terrace with a day bed for quiet moments away from others. This area can also be accessed from the pool area via a private gate to the small court yard. This bedroom shares bathroom with the 2nd double bedroom.

The outer lounge is inspired with light soft fresh colours, you will find a Scandinavian styled relaxing area on one side and on the other side a dining area with vintage inspired furniture.

The inner lounge is decorated in warm colours and dark wood with two 3 seater Chesterfield inspired sofas, 49in flat screen TV with over a hundred channels, Apple TV box so you can stream your favourite programmes from your device, music and programmes on YouTube or log into your Netflix and Amazon accounts if you have them.

From the inner lounge you will find a small hallway leading to two of the bedrooms, on the left you will find the door to the master suite, with its own hallway leading off to the master en-suite and master bedroom with a double bed, seating, and flat screenTV on the wall and an Apple TV box.

Straight ahead in the small hallway you will find the 2nd bathroom with a shower.
