Beautifully designed and with panoramic views out to sea, Stepper offers flexible accommodation to suit all budgets and group size. Hired individually, Newland (10842640) & Stepper offer entirely private living, both inside and out. Hired together the can accommodate up to 12 adults in comfort - perfect for big families. Both homes are well equipped, centrally heated and extremely comfortable.
Stepper sleeps 4 in two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Newland sleeps 8 (10842640) with one double bedroom and three twin rooms.
Situated just over 4 miles from the port of Padstow, a jewel on the North Cornish coast, the cottages are a short walk down a private path leading to the golden sands and safe bathing of Harlyn Bay; while across the headland lies the exposed beaches of Constantine Bay and Boobys and the championship links of Trevose Golf Course.

My family have loved this part of Cornwall all our lives. Every summer from an early age has been spent enjoying all the fun of water sports and beaches in the area. My parents own Newland and Stepper and I rent them out for them. I have grown up children that love this place as much as me. We all spend as much time down here as possible.
Why they chose this property
It’s great for children as you walk down the Lane and onto cliff path to the beach without having to walk down the main road.
