About the host
Hosted by Seb

Professional male in my mid to late 30's. I have my own business specialising within the mechanical engineering sector. My social life could do with a little improvement, but I find it very difficult switching between the two. I am well-educated, clean and tidy, but most importantly respectful of other people and their belongings. I have great interpersonal skills and can mix with anyone and everyone, regardless of age or background.
I live with my wife and our two young children, all three are my backbone and there is nothing worse than working/being away from home without them.

Why they chose this property
Menheniot village is in the beautiful countryside and consists of a well-kept playing field and playground for young children, a local Shop with fresh local produce, a small Post Office, a 1700C Church and a quiet country Pub, ideal for great food and beverages...a perfect holiday destination and location to get away from the hustle and bustle of today’s living. All these amenities are within a stone’s throw of the property. With a patio area to the rear of the property, you can relax and enjoy alfresco dining on those beautiful sunny Cornish days. White Hart Cottage is the perfect home away from home Property and is ideal at any time of year.
With excellent connecting roads in and out of the village, you can get to your intended destination with ease. The cottage has ample off-road parking, which is also on-site, enough for 3 vehicles.
Menheniot does have public transport for those wishing to use it. All information will be within our welcome packs. Whether it by Bus, Train or Taxis, Menheniot has it all.
The location is perfect, if you want the beach, it's a short 10minute drive. If you want moorland in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it's a short 5-minute drive. If you want shops, it's a short 5-minute drive, yet the property is rural.

What makes this property unique
The property is unique because it's my home. It's furnished and maintained to a very high standard, not to attract business, but because it's my home which I love dearly. Due to my profession being engineering, I have no choice but to work away from Cornwall; the industry is not present unlike Warwickshire.
