In addition to the option of renting each of the properties individually, we offer the opportunity to rent the entire building for complete privacy and enjoy a common space, such as the large terrace in the Penthouse Duplex apartment, for meetings or events.

Ideal for groups of cyclists or golf enthusiasts looking for a getaway to enjoy the Marina Alta in the mid or low season.

Common areas include a laundry room. The entire building is very energy-efficient, with solar panels for self-consumption. There is also a parking area where bicycles can be stored safely, along with a small workshop or storage area for golf equipment, making it a versatile space for guests.

The building is located on Calle Mayor, which is currently pedestrianized with limited access to motorized traffic. It's a traditional place full of charming corners and all the flavor and history of DENIA. Most of the neighbors are native to Denia, leading a peaceful and friendly lifestyle.

Casa Major 8 Denia is just a short walk from Calle Loreto, where there is a wide range of gastronomic options.

Also very close to Calle Marques de Campo, the main promenade connecting to the Port of Denia.

It's easy to find parking within 500m, and it's possible to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage without any problems.

Tosca – a 30m² apartment for two people on the ground floor with an American kitchen and a large bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a particularly neat design, of quality, and is very comfortable. The spaces are bright and welcoming with traditional decorative materials from the area, such as the typical "tosca" stone on its walls.

Estudio – a 35m² apartment for two people on the first floor with an elevator, with an American kitchen and a large bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a particularly neat design, of quality, and is very comfortable. The spaces are bright and welcoming with modern decorative materials.

Suite Loft – a 70m² loft apartment for four people on the first floor with an elevator, with an American kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub. It has an open loft with a double bed and a spacious and comfortable sofa bed in the living room; fully equipped open kitchen and workspace; a large bathroom with a bathtub.

Penthouse Duplex – A spectacular independent duplex penthouse on two floors with 136m² for four people on the second floor with an elevator. The apartment's access is private with a security key by elevator. You can also access the second and third floors through the building's staircase.

From the elevator, you access a modern, spacious, and bright independent kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to a large enclosed and covered terrace (with a motorized roof that you can open or close according to your preferences throughout the year). It is also equipped with comfortable terrace furniture and a BBQ for enjoying breakfast or an event with family or friends.

All apartments have a particularly neat design, quality, and are very comfortable. The spaces are bright and welcoming with traditional decorative materials from the area, such as the typical "tosca" stone on its walls.

Air conditioning, IPTV (access to all channels from around the world in their original languages), Wi-Fi, new top-brand appliances, complete this wonderful space, where a careful design and very high-quality materials have been used.

SURROUNDINGS

The nearest beach, Punta Raset, is just a 15-minute walk away, with its beach bar and facilities for children. For those looking for convenience, the Port of Denia and this beach offer ample parking.

The nearby port of Denia also enjoys all the leisure and gastronomic offerings thanks to its summer terraces and nightclubs.

Boat rental companies, jet ski rentals, and multi-adventure activities are also concentrated here at the port. An excursion to Ibiza or Formentera with Balearia is also a good plan when you're in Denia, thanks to the Fast Ferries.
