Everything you could ask for

The cottage provides outstanding accommodation for a party of up to six people. It is beautifully presented and equipped and enjoys a superb location in a quiet village with excellent road links to Keswick and the northern Lake District. The house is spotlessly clean and benefits from what appears to have been a recent and tasteful refurbishment throughout. The location is delightful, bordering a fast-flowing mountain stream, having adequate parking for at least three cars and giving access from the doorstep to the tracks of Whinlatter Forest and the higher fells beyond. We definitely hope to return.
