Great house and hosy
Upon arrival Vilma was already waiting for us and helped us, she knows all the good restaurants, beaches etc in the area. The house is very cool especially the top Floor with its authentic terrace.

Schöne, besondere Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zu viert in der außergewöhnlichen, liebevoll restaurierten Ferienwohnung und hatten dort eine tolle Zeit! Die Wohnung liegt in dem kleinen Dorf Boleto oberhalb des schönen Ortasees und ist von dort in ca.10-15min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. (Der Wagen wird keine 100m entfernt auf einem Parkplatz abgestellt. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man vor das Haus fahren.) Oben angekommen wird man mit einer grandiosen Aussicht von der Kirche Madonna del Sasso (Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung.) auf den See und viel Ruhe belohnt. Wer wie wir seinen Hund dabei hat wird den Weg gerne zum Gassi gehen nutzen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sauber, gut und komplett ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der nach vorne offene Dachboden mit seinen Rundbögen ist ein Highlight. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein wenig hat man die Federn der Matratzen gespürt, obgleich diese neu waren. Wir haben was untergelegt und konnten wunderbar schlafen. Die Vermieterin Vilma ist supernett und zuvorkommend. Alles verlief sehr entspannt. Zur Begrüßung gab es hübsche Blumen und eine Flasche Sekt für uns. Wir können diesen schönen Ort zum Urlaub machen nur empfehlen! Grazie mille Vilma per il tempo meraviglioso, abbiamo davvero apprezzato la nostra vacanza. (google)

Aside from all the wonderful things about the apartment (like taking all our meals on the incredible patio), vilma was indeed a superhost. She answered all our questions and gave great advice for the area. Very attentive and with a smile.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in den Bergen am Orta See
Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in den Bergen am Orta See, eine richtig schöne gemütliche Wohnung in dem ruhigen Ort Boletto. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Küche und schönem Balkon, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und sehr sauber. Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin mit guten Empfehlungen zur Erkundung dieser tollen Landschaft und natürlich auch für das kulinarische. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung fern aller Betriebsamkeit
Das kleine Örtchen Boleto und die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung von Vilma bot uns als vierköpfige Familie eine erholsame Zeit rund um den Ortasee. Der Blick auf den See am Abend und die wunderbar überdachte Terasse haben uns immer wieder fasziniert. "Grazie Mille" an Vilma für die zahlreichen hilfreichen Informationen rund um unseren Urlaub und "Grazie Mille" an für die gute und sehr freundliche Begleitung vor Ort. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen!!

unieke plek in rustig dorp
Dit authentieke rustige dorp waar het lijkt of de tijd stil heeft gestaan is zeer aantrekkelijk voor rustzoekers. De berg afdalend en aankomend bij het Orta meer tref je mooie plaatsjes en kleine strandjes zonder massatoerisme. Her dorp Boleto heeft geen winkels. De verscholen vakantiewoning van Vilma is uniek en heerlijk en biedt veel ruimte en comfort.

Only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. The property and terraces are lovely, the village charming and the area a delight to explore. Vilma's recommendation of the local agriturismo for dinner was wonderful and only 15 mins walk away. A really special experience. Thanks, Vilma.

Schöne Herbsttage
Die Wohnung verfügt leider über kein Wohnzimmer. An warmen Tagen gleicht das die wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse aus. Schöne Wander wege direkt ab Boleto mit Bächen und kleinen Wasserfällen. Auch sehr schön die Bergkirche Madonna del sasso welche füßläufig in 10 min erreichbar ist und einen außergewöhnliche Blick auf den Ortasee bietet.

Fantastische Ferienwohnung mit extrem freundlichen Vermietern
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen in einem historischen Gebäude in der wunderschönen Gemeinde von Madonna del Sasso, einem Bergdorf über dem Orta See. Sie ist liebevoll restauriert und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben es geschafft, die Haustüre mit unserem VW-Bus zu erreichen. Grundsätzlich geht ein BE- und Entladen also vor der Tür. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine alte Kirche, die Glocken läuten ab 0600 Uhr. Wir konnten ohne Probleme bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, ansonsten liegen auch durch die Vermieter auch Ohrenstöpsel bereit. Das Gebäude ist aufgrund der Konstruktion in der Sommerhitze angenehm. Hervorzuheben ist die überdachte Terrasse , die bei uns den Mittelpunkt des Urlaubslebens darstellte. Wir haben dort jede Mahlzeit etc. eingenommen. Wirklich beeindruckend nett und hilfsbereit sind Vilma und Franco, die Vermieter, die wie Schutzengel im Hintergrund bereitstehen für Fragen und Probleme. Über die Gegend am Ortasee ist viel im Internet zu lesen. Nur so viel, es ist traumhaft schön und bietet alle Möglichkeiten zu Wandern, Ranzufahren und Wassersport zu machen.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Ruhesuchende.
Das Ein- und Ausladen mit einem größeren Fahrzeug vor der Ferienwohnung ist nur für geübte Fahrer empfehlenswert. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich etwa 100 m entfernt. Für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist die Umgebung nur bedingt geeignet. Es handelt sich bei Boleto um ein sehr ruhiges abgeschiedenes Dorf. Viele Wege kann man nur mit dem Auto erledigen. Wanderern wird die Umgebung, aufgrund der Berge, gefallen. Wir fanden die gesuchte Ruhe und waren viel Wandern und auch die Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden. Die Wochenmärkte in Omegna und Orta San Gullio sind empfehlenswert. Novara und Arona einen Besuch wert. Jetzt noch ein paar Worte zur Vermieterpaar. Vilma und Franco sind sehr freundlich und haben ein offenes Ohr für die alltäglichen Probleme. Wir hatten im Vorfeld, aufgrund fehlender italienisch und englisch Kenntnisse, eine Sprach App runtergeladen. Es hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir werden sicherlich gerne erneut nach Boleto kommen, da es unserer Vorstellung von erholsamen Urlaub entsprach.

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön, es war ein echter Glücksgriff. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, weit über das übliche Maß hinaus. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die überdachte Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar - an heißen, wie an nassen Tagen. Das ruhige Dorf oben auf dem Berg ist sehr idyllisch, wir fühlten uns von allen gut aufgenommen und haben wunderbare Tage dort verbracht. Gentile Vilma, grazie per tutto! E stato grandioso con te!

Authentisch im Dorf
Für Menschen, die abseits des Trubels eine authentische Unterkunft suchen, ist die Wohnung genau das richtige. Perfekter Service und nette Umgebung. Im Ort gibt es einen Arbeiterverein mit einfachen Gerichten und Café. Fußläufig durch den Wald kommt man in 10 Minuten zum sehr guten Agritourimo Barchetta. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einkaufen geht nur noch in Arzo, man kann sich aber Brötchen liefern lassen. Kleiner Hinweis: Die Dusche könnte etwas mehr Wasserdruck haben. Die Wohnung ist bei schlechtem Wetter nicht sehr hell, wie bei alten Häusern üblich. Aber die regensichere Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.
