Summary:
Seagull Cottage is a charming and spacious dog friendly Victorian Villa located in the seaside town of Bridlington. Tastefully decorated with a welcoming feel throughout, Seagull Cottage is the perfect place for exploring the coast and discovering local gems within Yorkshire.
The Space:
Upon entering Seagull Cottage, you’re welcomed into the hallway which retains an original stained glass window adding character and charm.
To the front of the property is the dining room. With seating for all guests, the dining room is a great place for enjoying home cooked meals or socialising with your loved ones.
The open plan living and kitchen area, to the rear of the ground floor, is flooded with natural light. You’ll notice a log burning stove in the fireplace, which is perfect for the cold, winter months. The space features a flat-screen TV and a plush seven seater sofa so you can relax after a long day of exploring.
From the living space, head out of the french doors and on to the private rear patio which is a real sun trap during the summer months. The large hot tub is an added luxury to Seagull Cottage, perfectly positioned to enjoy a relaxing soak. The outdoor seating area is the ideal place for an early morning cup of coffee or to enjoy an evening meal alfresco style. You will also find a games room and a toilet accessible from the garden.
The kitchen area is sleek and modern and offers a host of modern appliances including a gas hob and an electric oven so you can make the most of your self-catering stay in Bridlington. You’ll also find a dishwasher to save you the hassle of washing up throughout your break.
Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms. All designed with guest comfort in mind, there is a single room, along with king and super-king size rooms. Both the second and third bedroom can be reconfigured to feature two single beds upon request.
In the family bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub and overhead shower, along with a wash basin and WC.
The loft space at Seagull Cottage had been converted into a fourth bedroom. Home to another super king size zip & link bed, this room is packed with character thanks to the sloped ceiling and velux window.
If you are looking for a delightful stay by the sea, Seagull Cottage is the perfect choice for a North Yorkshire staycation.
