The house is fully renovated and decorated in a minimal style. It can accommodate up to 6 people since it has 2 rooms with king-size beds and a sofa that becomes a double bed. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a large living room with 55' TV, hidden lighting and fireplace. It has two large verandas. On one veranda which is covered with a pergola there is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals or even work next to the garden. On the other veranda there is a garden lounge where guests can relax with a view of the garden. The house is located in a plot of 700 square meters land just 150m. from the central beach .The house has got a lovely garden with trees and flowers and grass and is ideal for those who want to relax and for families with children.It is very near to the traditional bars and restaurants and well connected to the public transport.
