The house has 3 bedrooms (separated into 2 floors: Ground Floor (independent): Bedroom with bathroom, spacious dining room with a large table for lunch or dinner for many people. 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds designed for children, large integrated kitchen-living room, all fully equipped. 2 min walk from Playa del Usil Santander 20 minutes by car and 3 km from the train station. Next to a unique environment: the Ría de Mogro and the Dunas de Liencres Natural Park with its spectacular Valdearenas beach. Another place of interest less than 3 km away is La Marisma de Mogro, where to take a walk surrounded by nature.
