Beautiful Madeira Penthouse Apt. with super views!.

This is a 2 bedroom super 'Penthouse' apartment located in Arco da Calheta is a small, quiet, and private building. The property has 2 generous bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with a laundry area, etc... The property was recently decorated with high-quality furniture which is extremely comfortable. The apartment also includes satellite TV with European channels. The large penthouse terrace allows you not only to sunbathe but as well as to enjoy your meals overlooking the ocean, the banana farms and appreciate the “sunsets” over this beautiful scenery.
A parking space for each owner is inside the building.
While surrounded by a rural landscape, it is a very short drive to the Arco da Calheta village “center”, where all local services are available in the village shops. The Marina and the golden sandy Calheta beach are a 5 minutes drive away. If you are looking for privacy, relaxation, and luxury this is the property for you.

Perfect view

Had a three day stay to complete our visit to beautiful Madeira . The bedroom were spacious with great mattress comfort . The balcony was absolutely the favorite spot to sit and read or just look out to the ocean . Had a bit of difficulties getting the TV going and ever only found one channel . Better instructions may be helpful . Kitchen had all amenities except may be nice to have a small bottle of olive oil available . Also a small package of laundry detergent would be useful for the more short stay people . But really , this is a super great place . It is under full security as well .

Der Aufenthalt qar eigentlich sehr schön, wäre nicht direkt vor uns eine Baustelle gewesen, die vorher nie erwähnt worden war. Beginn der Arbeiten mit viel Lärm um 08.00 Uhr und Ende erst um 18.00 oder 19.00 Uhr.

Absolutely lovely

This apartment has the very best light and airy view of the ocean, in a lovely neighborhood. The flowers on the porch are stunning. The kitchen was set up just right. We absolutely loved our stay. I would say for couples though to be aware that there are 4 single beds, but no queen or bigger, so you will be sleeping apart, or trying to sleep with a gap between you if you put the two singles together.

Perfect Setting

Loved the condo, the view, and location. Did I mention the view. The only real challenge was finding the place on the first day. Google maps was useless and sent us first some place else then kept wanting to direct us to the middle of the tunnel. Condo is above so turn off directions and look at roads to figure out. Highly recommend

We didn‘t met owner or agent of the apartment

We have to get the keys out of the closed letterbox like thieves. Trashboxes are outside of the facility in the street. The apartment is beautiful and clean. TV wasn‘t working, but we didn‘t want to watch really. We managed it with hdmi and our own computer. Top view and very nice flat design. Even binocolars! We had habe a very nice stay and we can and nevertheless, yes we can recommended. Thank you Diva & Ezekiel

Entspannung und Erholung pur

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet bis ins kleinste Detail - sogar die Windlichter für einen gemütlichen Abend auf dem Balkon sind vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Tag den traumhaften Meerblick und die Ruhe genossen und werden die Wohnung auch gerne zum 4. Mal buchen.

Bolig og område meget fint og venlige naboer. Desværre var der dårlig kommunikation ved ankomst. Der var ingen, som mødte os på det oplyste sted til udlevering af nøglerne, ingen af de udleverede telefonnumre virkede. Vi fik yderst elskværdig hjælp på en af de lokale barer. Det udleverede kort (hjemmelavet på en A-4)) over landsbyen, var meget misvisende.

Ein Schatz auf Madeira

Die Bilder auf FeWo-direkt wecken eine hohe Erwartungshaltung und diese wird dann auch durch die Realität bestätigt. Die Lager der Ferienwohnung ist genial, der Blick über den Atlantik einfach gigantisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und dennoch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ausgestattet ist die Ferienwohnung wirklich perfekt mit allem, was man braucht - insb. Küche und Geschirr - bis hin zur Schuhputzbürste. Alles war sehr sauber und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Ortes Arco da Calheta auf der Südseite der Insel ist ideal. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die nachts bellenden Hunde von Arco da Calheta.

Wohlfühl-Domizil

Tolles Apartment mit allem, was man braucht um sich rundherum wohl zu fühlen. Der Blick auf den Atlantik ist unverstellt und beschert einem schöne Sonnenuntergänge! Die Lage der Wohnung (ca. 35 Minuten von Funchal) ist in Ordnung. Im Ort gibt es ausreichende Infrastruktur. Alles, was man zum "Urlaubsleben" braucht. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen eignet sich der Standort ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Anlage, in der das Apartment liegt, ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Von uns also eine "dicke" Empfehlung.

Tolle Lage!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist gegeben. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Leider war es die Tage sehr windig, zu kalt zum Baden im Pool, aber zu einer anderen Jahreszeit ein Traum.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein großes, schön eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer grandiosen Aussicht über die grüne Küste auf das Meer. Wir waren Ende März 2018 zu dritt dort und haben es bedauert, schon nach einer Woche wieder abzureisen. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der frühen Jahreszeit haben wir die Heizung (bestehend aus einem Elektro-Radiator im Wohnzimmer und Heizlüftern in den Bädern) kaum gebraucht. Der riesige Balkon mit hübscher Bepflanzung hat ab dem späten Vormittag Sonne, wir haben aber dort auch schon gefrühstückt, es gab wenig Wind. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto ist in der Tiefgarage ohne Aufpreis verfügbar. Man kann auf dem Balkon auch Grillen, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben, ein Kohlegrill steht in der Garage. WLAN funktionierte sehr gut, einige deutsche Fernseh-Kanäle gab es auch. Der Ort ist klein mit wenig Infrastruktur, ohne Auto eher schwer zu erreichen, keine Ziele in fußläufiger Entfernung, dafür sehr ruhig. Supermärkte sind etwas weiter weg, man muss ein bisschen suchen trotz der bereitgestellten Anfahrtskizze. Den zur Anlage gehörenden Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, wir fanden es noch zu kühl dafür. Der Auffenthalt war entspannend und erholsam, so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir werden wiederkommen!
