Great for the outdoors

The outdoor part of the house is great and spacious. The kitchen is small but functional. There is very limited space for clothes in the twin bedroom. you can walk to the beach. We took our bikes to the beach with lifeguards (5min by bike). The owner is quick in responding and very explicit on how he wants you to treat his house.

Hossegor - beach & lake

A great location close to beach and lake with ample space indoor and out and well equipped. Fantastic decking with seating, table, bbq & shade for those who prefer. The bonus was an outdoor shower & wetsuit drying rails, which was a big hit with our 18 year surfing son & friend. Bedrooms have quiet AC which is needed on warmer evenings. Downstairs stays cool & has a modern interior. Lots to do nearby including an outlet centre selling surf/skate wear and some super restaurants or go to the market & cook on the bbq. Bring mossie spray! Would love to come back. Thank you.

Wonderful location

The pictures don't represent the coolness of this location. Perfectly situated, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Should have been cleaner. The system, that the guests clean up the appartement for the next following guests can be ok but can also fail. Our host, Mme Poublanc, ist a wonderful person and we hope to meet her again next year!

Superbe maison entre mer et lac!

Séjour très agréable entre dune et lac. Maison très sympathique avec une superbe terrasse et sa douche chaude extérieure, un must Nous avons aussi apprécié la décoration. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Immer noch perfekte Lage

Sehr gut gelegenes Reihenendhaus mit schön großer Terrasse und neuen Loungemöbeln. Die Außendusche hat gut funktioniert und war ein klares Plus. Die Sitzmöbel im Innern und die Betten sind leider alle durchgelegen und bei (lang anhaltendem) schlechtem Wetter wäre ein weniger durchgesessenes Sofa etc. hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Vertretung vor Ort hat immer sehr gut funktioniert.

L’emplacement des surfeurs

Bel appartement décoré avec goût et emplacement privilégié pour les surfeurs: plage sauvage à 5 min à pied. L’extérieur est très agréable et conforme aux photos, il y a même une douche pr le retour de la plage! Une table a été ajoutée à l’intérieur suite aux commentaires précédents. Présence d’un escalier moderne peut être un peu difficile pr des enfants en bas âge. Une caution par chèque pourrait vous être demandée à votre arrivée sur place.

Séjour fin avril 2023

Le logement est en rapport avec les photos présentées. Le lieu est idéal proche mer lac et centre ville. L' accueil est correct. Néanmoins c'est un logement mitoyen ( selon les voisins cela peut être calme comme gênant) A l'arrivée il faut être vigilant sur le ménage fait car on peut avoir de mauvaises surprises ( frigo non nettoyé, filtre de lave vaisselle sale, grille pain non vidé, poubelle sentant la cigarette, toiles d' araignée en intérieur et extérieur. La literie du grand lit serait peut-être à changer (matelas grinçant) et il manque une table dans la salle à manger.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub, super Wetter, super Wellen und eine Unterkunft in bester Lage. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und die große Terrasse eignet sich bestens zum entspannen. Ein absolutes Plus ist die Aussendusche. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank auch an die unkomplizierte Betreuung vor Ort.

Exzellente Lage

Das Reihenhaus liegt perfekt zwischen Strand und See. Auch Hossegor ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist ein klarer Pluspunkt, wenn auch alles etwas mehr Pflege bedürfte. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, doch einige Möbel und Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und man hängt beim liegen/sitzen ziemlich durch. Leider war der Wasserdruck fast nicht vorhanden, so dass das Duschen im Bad schon schwierig war und in der Außendusche unmöglich wurde. Die Kommunkikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Vertretung vor Ort, Genevieve, war problemlos, gut und schnell. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung!

Un oasis entre mer et lac !

Très beau logement décoré avec goût, bien équipé, très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié la magnifique terrasse superbement aménagée avec la douche extérieure, la plancha et toutes ses petites lumières qu'on allume le soir. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très agréable a quelques pas de l'Ocean

Nos compliments à Mr. Labat pour ce bel appartement. Nous venons de passer une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié la proximité des plages (5 minutes à pied) mais aussi la belle terrasse pour des repas en famille après une journée sportive au bord de l'Ocean. L'appartement est très propre, bien equippé avec une belle decoration. --------------------------- Eine wunderschöne Wohnung von der man ganz einfach zu Fuß die großen Strände am Ozean erreichen kann. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben tolle Abende auf der großen Terrasse verbracht.

Superbe location rien à redire

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines du 23/07 au 13/08 dans cet appartement situé dans un endroit calme et reposant ou tout était parfait: équipement , propreté, bon accueil de Geneviève lors de la remise des clés, très belle décoration , superbe terrasse bien équipée. La proximité de la plage sur l'océan et le lac marin sont un vrai plaisir. Bref le bonheur pour des vacances reposantes. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner.

Excellent! Vraiment top

Nous avons passé des vacances magiques ! La maison est idéalement située, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage à pied. Tout est à proximité grâce aux 4 vélos mis à disposition par le propriétaire. La terrasse est très bien aménagée et avec goût, nous en avons pleinement profité pour préparer de bons repas à la plancha. La douche sur la terrasse est un vrai plus, surtout pour se dessabler en rentrant du surf. La décoration intérieure est soignée, la cuisine est équipée avec des ustensiles de qualité. La literie est confortable. Que dire de plus à part : "génial" ! Une location que nous recommandons.

Séjour en famille vacances d'avril

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison situee entre le lac et l océan. Nous avons plusieurs fois séjourné à Hossegor mais cette location est particulièrement bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la décoration de très bon goût, la terrasse propice au moment de détente et apéro. Nous avons eu l impression d' être invité chez des amis! Merci à Geneviève pour son accueil et au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons c est une certitude!

Très agréable séjour dans un cadre magnifique.

La maison est très agréable. C'est un endroit calme dans lequel on se repose parfaitement. L'océan est à deux pas. La lac guère plus loin. La maison est très fonctionnelle et elle est décorée avec goût ce qui donne une note supplémentaire positive à cet endroit. La terrasse en bois qui en fait presque le tour est également très agréable. L'accueil pour la remise des clés est parfait et les diverses échanges avec le propriétaire également. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Un joli appartement pour de belles vacances

Location très agréable que nous ne regrettons absolument pas ! Nous étions 6 amis et nous avons pu profiter les soirs d'été d'une terrasse spacieuse et faite avec beaucoup de gout. L'appartement est joliment décoré, très bien agencé et sur-équipé. Tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour. L'appartement se trouve à deux pas du lac et à 5min de la plage. Cependant, nous sommes éloignés du centre ville, mais rien ne nous empêche de se balader le long du lac pour y aller. Le seul petit bémol: un second jeu de clé ne serait pas de trop. Merci beaucoup à Geneviève, qui nous a réservé un accueil au top !
