Completely renovated in 2021/2022, Seaside is a luxury home from home in a central yet quiet location in Newquay. Overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay Island with splendid sea views to the Harbour, Towan Head and up to Trevose, you have your very own fully equipped Beach Hut on Towan Promenade - a huge benefit for those beach based days.
Seaside is new to VRBO, but has been loved by our regular returning guests for over a decade - and you will see why. New fully fitted kitchen with high quality appliances, luxury fully tiled bathrooms with cosy underfloor heating, 3 very comfortable bedrooms sleeping 5 people, well equipped open plan living/dining area with direct access to terrace and those fantastic views. There is an allocated parking space in a nearby car park as well as high speed fibre wi-fi from BT Whole Home.

A Seaside Spectacular!
Four nights was not long enough for our stay at the Seaside! The location was perfect, beds comfortable and he lovely flat had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

We had a great time. The place has everything you could imagine, we've never had such a well equipped holiday apartment. Location and view are perfect. Communication with the owners was uncomplicated and friendly. Hope we can come back soon!

The best in every respect
We can recommend the accommodation to everyone, because we were completely satisfied. The flat is well located: close to the train station, bus stop, beach, supermarket, centre. The flat is equipped with everything you need and is very spacious, the four of us felt very comfortable. The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated, prompt and extremely friendly. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in Newquay

PERFECTION!
Look no further if you are coming to Cornwall. This rental has everything you need and more! Within walking distance to shops and the view of the beach and harbor is beautiful from this unit complete with a front patio. Don’t miss the beach hut which is fully supplied with all you need for a day on the sand! Access to the South West Coast Path nearby and easy to walk. Seaside rental exceeded ALL our hopes. We loved it! Stewart and Kath attentive and helpful hosts.

We have been providing holiday rental property in Newquay since 2009 as well as using them for our family holidays. We know what we want, what our guests want and how to provide it. We use a professional cleaning company to do the turnovers and laundry, but we also come ourselves before each rental to make sure everything is absolutely top-notch. As soon as we are happy we will text you to let you know that Seaside is ready for you.

Why they chose this property

Completely renovated in 2021/2022, with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and carpets throughout, new furniture, new electronics, and new decor scheme inside and out. We have now made Seaside a luxurious home from home, an ideal family holiday base from which to explore everything Newquay and Cornwall has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This isn't just any holiday rental, it is our holiday home and we use it regularly. We have made sure that everything we would expect has been provided and is of a very high standard. We just love it, as do our regular guests.
