Appartement bien placé, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants. Plage devant l'immeuble. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances à Valras.

La plage à nos pieds

L'appartement est très agréable : il permet de voir la mer depuis son lit et de bien démarrer sa journée . Il est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Il y a une vraie volonté à accueillir les locataires et faire en sorte que l'on se sente tout de suite bien. Le parking privé est indéniablement un plus dans le quartier. Il y a aussi des commerces à proximité pour faire des courses en rentrant de la lage. Séjour chargé de très bons souvenirs !

Appartement confortable avec vue sur la mer

Appartement très agréable dans un immeuble donnant directement sur une plage qui donne de l'espace à tout le monde. Les parents peuvent se reposer et les enfants profiter d'une eau peu profonde et des rochers pour pêcher des crabes. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique, elle offre un cadre très agréables pour les repas et les moments en famille.

Appartement bien entretenu, calme car un peu à l'écart du centre ville, situation face à la mer très appréciable Accueil chaleureux par la personne qui nous a remis les clefs On se sent vite chez soi Seul bémol, l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur et cela peut être gênant pour certaines personnes (bagages, poussette, courses...)

Super séjour!

Tout s'est très bien passé durant ces 5 jours, ce fut un excellent séjour. On se sent comme chez nous. La vue est splendide. La plage est à 20 mètres . Merci de louer un tel appartement!

tres bel appartement

la situation de l'appartement est au top, proche de la plage , presque les pieds dans l'eau,nous avons sejourné avec 2 ado et l'appartement est spacieux pour une famille avec 2 ados ; il y a vraiment tout le necessaire de cuisine c'est fonctionnel tres propre et tres jolie deco ; l'accueil est tres agreable.

Location idéale pour profiter de la plage

Location idéalement située, accès direct à la plage (pas de route à traverser) et proximité des commerces (boucherie, pharmacie, supérette, restos). Le centre ville est un peu éloigné, ce qui permet d'être au calme en période estivale, tout en étant proche grâce au petit train (moins de 10 min) si vous n'avez pas de voiture. La location est propre et très confortable avec une vue face à la mer. Nous avons un enfant en bas âge et tout le matériel était disponible (lit bėbė, chaise haute et baignoire), de plus, il y a un local au rdc pour stocker la poussette et le matériel de plage, ce qui est appréciable en l'absence d'ascenseur. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Si je repasse des vacances à Valras plage, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Good apartment for beach vacation

Nice and clean apartment right at beach. Owner was very helpful, suggesting us hypermarkets, wine growing estates and shopping malls around. Everything was as in description. Apartment is at quiet area, where was not many people at the beach and in surrounding areas, so nobody will try to sell you somtething. I'm my opinion apartment is suitable for 2 grown-up's + 1 or 2 childen, not 2+2 grown-ups.
