A fantastic contemporary spacious and newly modernised apartment, centrally located with private bathrooms for every bedroom. Helton Fell rests in Kendal, Cumbria, sleeping four in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, large fridge with under counter freezer, dishwasher, a pantry, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with a 65" TV with Amazon Firestick and Freeview channels, ideal for
streaming Amazon Prime, Netflix etc ( this one is not a smart TV). The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin with zip/link, along with a shower room. The apartment has access to a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is parking available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: This property only accepts children over the age of 10 years old.
