The Wyndham Bali Hai Villas Resort is located on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. This prime area is close to world-renowned beaches, hiking, shopping, golf courses, snorkeling, day spas, live entertainment and fine dining. Gorgeous Hanalei Bay is just a five-minute drive away and Princeville Shopping Center is nearby. The resort now offers Air Conditioning on a daily use fee. It's optional, for days you feel like you'd like to use it.

Enjoy a relaxing home away from home after days of adventure on Kauai. All units have washers/dryers, fully-equipped kitchens with everything needed to cook -- utensils, dishes, pots, pans, full-size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender. An amazing oasis to return to while vacationing on this beautiful island, Bali Hai condos are spacious and comfortable.

Since all Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, the units are not assigned to a guest until shortly before arrival. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform, but not necessarily the exact unit you will be in. Bali Hai has completed a full renovation at the time of making and updating these listings in August 2024.

The resort is fully staffed and provides a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your Kauai Vacation. Concierge service is available and maintenance and housekeeping are on site. Attending a timeshare presentation is not required. Linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided, as well as some dish soap, paper towels, coffee, laundry soap, etc.. There are also coolers provided in each unit.

Guests will have access to all resort amenities. Air conditioning is the only amenity which is optional and is available for $20/day.

The front desk staff is available 24/7. Please don't hesitate to call the front desk regarding any maintenance issues to report or to request more supplies like towels, coffee, laundry soap, etc. We are available by phone and email 7:30 am - 4:30 pm daily

Other Resort Information and Policy

• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• All reservations are subject to Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax (TOT), which is approximately $16/night.
• Air conditioning is available for a daily fee of $20/night.
• A $250 security deposit is required when checking in, this will be released upon check out minus the TOT and A/C fee if you opt-in.
• The name on the reservation must match the name of the first person checking in to avoid issues.
• The named guest on the reservation must not have more than one reservation within the same booked dates.
• Maximum occupancy is set by the resort and must be followed due to fire safety.
• Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted. 
• Resort Stay LCC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests are welcome to purchase travel insurance.

Gorgeous place, incredible amenities!

This condo was absolutley perfect! We loved having the large kitchen, the lanai, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate! Check in was easy at the front desk, the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center were incredible! The food trucks were also very convenient to have right outside our unit! We would definitely stay here again should we make it back over to visit Kauai!

5-Star Review: Perfect Stay in Kauai!Our stay in Kauai was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, easy to get to, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and private. Noise does travel throughout the property but people are respectful of evenings and morning quiet. The owners were also very responsive and easy to talk to. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay…again!

We have used this host now 2x and it’s been great. We love this property and come yearly. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the pools are super fun for the kids. If you’re a runner, the area has great paths and easy neighborhoods to run in. Lots of food options around and in Hanalei!

Nice stay in Princeville

The condo was clean and had all the amenities. Food trucks on site is a great substitution for a restaurant, but would be nice to have a pool bar! The pool was nice and my family enjoyed our stay. If you want to get to a beach you have to drive, but Hanalei is a quick 12 min away. We were able to rent beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella on site for the week which was convenient. I would stay here again. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Very comfortable condo

Condo was very clean. I liked that shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom, plus a second trash bag and two pods of washer detergent. It was very convenient and it was enough to get us through a week.

Wonderful Location

Wonderful place to stay. Check-in was fast and friendly. We arrived after dark, and the grounds were well lite. Condos are spacious with great amenities, full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds. The only issue I had was they don't want guest wearing shoes in the condos, but our floors felt sticky, and I had housekeeping come clean them again, but I still wore socks, and they were filthy within a day of wearing them. Only went to the pools once, and they were nice with water features and nice and cold.

Great stay in Princeville

We usually stay at other condo properties in Princeville, but this unit was great. Very clean and easy check-in/check-out. It's right very near the pool but I didn't notice any sound problems. Having the AC was nice as well.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed, with great amenities

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pools (yes, plural) and jacuzzis. Food trucks with high-quality food right on the premises were a nice bonus. You can also play basketball and ping-pong, two of my passions Our suite was amazing, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything looked new and was very attractive. I would recommend Wyndham Bali Hai Suites to anyone..

Vacation time on the North shore

The propety and condo were very clean and the pool and gym areas were great. It was a bit far from activities, so you will need a car. Overall a great stay!

Great for families

Our kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Really nice kiddie pool area for little kids learning to swim or new to the water. Comfortable rooms and clean spaces. A little tricky to access beaches if that’s your main agenda, so plan ahead accordingly.

Great family location

Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights in a suite. My kids (15,12,9) loved the pools. Great space for grilling and eating dinner on lanai. Food trucks if you don’t want to leave for dinner. Grocery store not too far away…a quick drive to several great beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Love this resort!

Our villa was exceptional. Joyce went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect vacation home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. People at front desk are so professional, helpful and outstanding. They surprised us with a beautiful gift basket full of goodies! We were so delighted and moved really. The amenities at Bali Hai are fantastic with two pools, hot tubs, fitness center, owners lounge and game areas. Resort location is amazing. Short walk to ocean view at the Princeville cliffs and there are trails you can find to walk down to a secluded beach. Again, we love this resort and will be back!

Could have been worse, but we will not be coming back.

Started with checking in and finding out the resort charges you an extra $20 a day for AC. I told the staff just put it in the overall cost next time. But don’t advertise AC and then charge people extra fee for it. Next, they were always out of towels. Both bathroom and beach towels. Waited hours for towels to be delivered because they were out at the front desk and pool area 2 separate times. Third the room still had crumbs on the floor and didn’t seem clean. And lastly the WiFi was not good in our room. Our cell service wasn’t the greatest so we used WiFi when we could for phone calls and looking up stores near us. Like I said this place could have been worse but we will not be staying here again.

Could have been better

The resort was beautiful but no restaurant or gift shop. The room they showed on VRBO was NOTHING like the room or view we received. Our room was dark and no view. And check in time was 4:00. At 5:30 our room was not ready. We were tired and hungry coming from the Midwest. We reached out to the manager and assistant manager and neither got back to us. Very disappointing.
