Welcome to La Sort Llarga, a cosy country house located in a rural and peaceful environment in Pollença, which is ideal for enjoying unforgettable holidays with family or friends. With an area of 240 m² on one level, this villa combines comfort, Mallorcan tradition and all the modern amenities you need.



🏡 Interior spaces



The house features a spacious and light-flooded living and dining area in a rustic style, equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on excursions. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, large refrigerator, and an osmosis system for drinking water, for added comfort.



Has 3 double bedrooms:



1 bedroom with double bed.



2 bedrooms with two single beds each.



Two of the rooms have air conditioning and all are equipped with smart TVs. The accommodation also offers 2 complete bathrooms: one inside with a towel warmer and another with a shower with external access.



🌞 Outdoor Areas and Swimming Pool



The highlight of the house is its private round pool (3.5 m x 3.5 m, maximum depth 1.5 m), ideal for cooling down and enjoying in a natural environment, especially for the little ones. In the outdoor area, you will find a covered parking space for 2 cars.



The spacious furnished veranda is perfect for meals and dinners outdoors. It features a barbecue with its own refrigerator and a relaxation area with sofas to enjoy the long Mediterranean evenings.

Located in Pollença, one of the most charming villages in Mallorca, full of history, culture and tradition. You can stroll through its picturesque lanes, visit the famous Calvari mountain and enjoy local cuisine in unique restaurants.

Formentor Beach, a little piece of paradise.



Cala Sant Vicent, with turquoise water and surrounded by nature.
