ACCOMMODATION:
This ‘upside-down house' has the main open plan living space on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. If you are into surfing or any other water sports, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the beautiful Cardigan Bay.
KITCHEN:
Upstairs there is a brand new (2022) fully fitted designer kitchen, with grey driftwood laminate floor, matt grey units, one & half bowl sink with mixer tap, finished with slate look worktops. There is an integrated dishwasher, oven/grill/extractor, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and 4-slice toaster.
LOUNGE/DINER:
Bright and spacious with driftwood laminate flooring. There is a dining table and 4 chairs, comfy crushed velvet sofas, occasional tables, plus a 42" SMART TV. The room leads through to the balcony with patio furniture. Chill out and enjoy the stunning West-facing sea views.
GROUND FLOOR:
Contains the two-bedrooms, a separate shower room, and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have driftwood laminate flooring, matching double wardrobes, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Crisp coastal look bedding and towels finish off the contemporary look. There is also a travel cot and highchair available.
DOUBLE BEDROOM:
To the rear of the property has a double bed, with bedroom furniture as described above plus a table for dressing. A door leads into the small conservatory and there is a window overlooking the terrace. The terrace has a large picnic bench and lots of space to enjoy the sunshine and views. A gate leads down to the beach.
TWIN BEDROOM:
To the front, this bedroom has 2 adult size single beds with bedroom furniture as described above.
FAMILY BATHROOM:
The bathroom is fully tiled floor to ceiling and has a grey suite with WC, pedestal wash hand basin, tiled floor and walls, and bath with a handheld shower attachment.
SEPARATE SHOWER-ROOM:
With white WC, wash hand basin, a shower cubicle with overhead pan, plus an additional handheld attachment, and a glass shower screen.
Whether you are looking for adventure or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone's throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris mountain only a 15-minute drive from the property. As well as a fantastic location the house is also only a 5-minute walk from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctor's surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more.

Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.
