The host was friendly , the accommodation was in a good location peaceful and comfortable, But the property could do with some TLC, as well as a good clean. And the listing on booking site needs to be checked by both host and booking site , has items listed wasn't found at property, hot tub and a BBQ, two of the reason why it was booked, very disappointed plus garden furniture was neglected. Once these issue are addressed it will be an amazing place to stay has a good style of decoration.

Short break in Chester
The property was a great base for a short stay in Chester for a family of 5. We were no more than 15 minutes from some of the notable local attractions and amenities. The house itself suited our needs and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house and rooms were of ample size to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children (all under 13).

Home from home
Easy booking, good price. Great communication and kindness from the host. House was comfortable, like a home from house. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Good location to explain the area

Comfortable stay
Well furnished and equipped home. Beds are particularly comfortable, but glad we took our own pillows. It's a 10 minute drive into Chester or a nice 30 minute walk along a disused railway line, the Shropshire Union Canal and then onto the City Walls.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a fabulous location in a very popular Chester suburb. It means that you can make the most of the convenience of out of town living (space, free parking, super markets, local shops, proximity to major road networks and access to North Wales) whilst still being only 10 mins from the city centre, racecourse and Zoo.
The home had a full refurb last year and is fresh, clean, modern and comfortable.
