About this property

Our guests have at their disposal a parking place directly in front of the front door. The vacation apartment is on the second floor. The apartment has free wifi and is equipped with underfloor heating. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and with a large (sofa bed) (140x200). The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140x200) and a closet. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a coffee maker, hob, oven and dishwasher.
Our house has two cozy and lovingly furnished apartments.

All apartments have a bedroom or sleeping area, living room, a seating area with a sofa bed, a smart TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a private bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer and soap dispenser. A dishwasher, a fridge and an oven a coffee maker and a kettle are also provided.

Very modern and lovingly furnished apartments with large rain shower. Private parking directly at the entrance, laundry room and storage room for bikes, skis or similar in the basement. Very strong and free WLAN. Fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels make the move-in stress-free.

Urlaub

Die Unterkunft verspricht das was man auf den Bildern zu sehen bekommt. Der stilbewusst eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett und alles in allem sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Check-in vorher war komplikationslos. Gerne wieder. :)

Altenmarkt Wohnung Objektnummer 11154204

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit Geschirr und allem was dazu gehört. Die Schlafstätten waren auch sehr gut incl. der Bettwäsche. Das Heizungssystem war für uns komplett neu. Hier könnte man etwas nachbessern in Form eines Textblattes. Da wir etwas Strom sparen wollten, wollten wir die Strahler über den Regalen einschalten, was uns aber mit Profis nicht gelungen ist. Der Treiber hatte die Lampen nicht aktiviert. Der Hinweis meines E-mail Postfachs einen Tag vor dem Checkout sollte etwas präziser sein. Vielleicht auch in Textform auf dem Tisch hinterlegen. So habe ich nicht erfahren können wo sich die entsprechenden Mülltonnen befinden. Ich möchte erwähnen das meine Schwester in Altenmarkt wohnt. Normalerweise übernachten wir auch bei ihr. Aufgrund einer Corona Erkrankung und einer kurzfristigen Einladung zum 90. Geburtstag in Bad Reichenhall mussten wir umdisponieren, und sind auf die Wohnung gekommen. Eine Fußmatte vor der Dusche wäre auch nicht schlecht. Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über eine Gegensprechanlage, aber der entsprechende Klingelknopf vor der Haustür ? Auch der mir zugewiesene Parkplatz Nr.4 war ständig besetzt, was für uns nicht relevant war, da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind. Das alles ist nur als Hinweis zu betrachten, nicht als KRITIK ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser sehr ruhigen Wohnung. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Freundliche Grüße Peter u. Dagmar Hähnel
