Just what we needed!

Very clean, location was great being near bus lines, ristorantes, etc. The Lunch Music ristorante, located just around the corner was a great place for breakfast or lunch. The only negative was the check in/out process in which you have to go to a separate location, a hotel, about 5 minutes away by taxi, and since we were utilizing a "private" transfer service, we were charged an additional stop fee. Also, upon arriving at the designated key pick up the location, the security code sent by cleanbrb.ita kept showing up as being non valid when the desk clerk entered the info. It required him to make several phone calls to try to resolve the issue. After about 15 minutes, he wound up escorting us, with our driver to the location to ensure we were able to gain access. He was very apologetic and even helped the driver with our luggage. Again, the facilities were excellent.
