This superbly planned villa forms part of a cluster of three private houses and was designed and built to group specifications allowing for special detail and attention, resulting in a lovely holiday home equipped with modern facilities including Air-conditioning that can be used both for cooling and heating included in price.
As you enter the property you reach a large hallway that leads to a large combined living and dining/ kitchen area, which is beautifully finished with patterned local tiled floors, overlooking the private pool area which is equipped with sun decks and a built in stone BBQ.
This living space is also equipped with an excellent and warming feature of a fire place, which is perfect if you’re staying during the winter months. Sat adjacent to the living area on the ground floor you have your first bedroom with ensuite facilities. The floor is then completed with a spare family bathroom.
A large staircase leads you to the two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, one with ensuite facilities and the other with another bathroom in the hallway. The highlight of this property is a 6 seater private Jacuzzi allowing you to truly pamper yourself during your stay with us. This property also enjoys the use of an adjacent communal Gym and Sauna.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Air-condition for both cooling and heating and use of Jacuzzi is included in price.

Places of interest in the village are Ta' Cenc Cliffs, The Watch Tower of Mgarr ix-Xini, the Lace House, The Old School and Palazzo Palina. Just 100m away from the property you can find a 5-star hotel which serves fine dining food. In the main square there also 2 bar & restaurants and also a steakhouse. For a Maltese traditional food experience one can visit Ta' Rozina, just 600 metres away from the property.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
