It is just 5 minutes from Selva and 10 minutes from Inca, where you can find all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
This large estate of 26,000 m2 is perfect for families, groups of friends, or cyclists. Its location is excellent, with the nearest beach just 20 minutes away by car. You can visit all the towns in the Sierra de Tramuntana, take great bicycle rides, and go on excursions. The house is 270 m2, with 400 m2 of terrace and a 10x5 meter pool where you can cool off during your stay.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a changing room next to the pool. You can also play ping pong or table football during your free time.
