Intimate two-room apartment located in an elegant area on the ground floor, a few steps from the center. Easily reachable by car. Equipped with all comforts, it consists of: kitchenette equipped with modern appliances and all necessary utensils, living area with sofa and television, double bedroom on the mezzanine, two bathrooms with shower, washing machine and dryer available to guests. Air conditioning and wifi connection.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
