This stunning vineyard estate home is perched on a hill with spectacular 360-degree vineyard views of Geyser Peak, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek hills.

This spacious home features a lovely pool & spa, gourmet kitchen, wrap-around veranda, vaulted ceilings with crown moldings, hardwood flooring in the main level and carpeted second floor. The walls have a beautiful decorative stucco-like finish, as well as trompe l’oeil trees, creating a welcoming arbor over the inside entry.

The generous great room with bay window and 65” LG super UHTV4K with Xfinity programming opens to the high-end gourmet kitchen. Chefs will delight in the granite countertops and full complement of KitchenAid appliances, Thermador 4-burner cooktop with grill, double-oven, L-shaped island with sink and disposal. A bay window looks out west over the pool and entertainment area, with trees and mountains beyond. There is a formal dining room seating 6+. At the back of the home is a the PERFECT table to gather around and play a lively game of Settlers of Catan, or any number of other games provided at the home (all are stored in the den, by the front door), and laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom with king bed has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, large crown molding and abundant windows with beautiful views. Enjoy the double-sink Master Bath with large soaking tub, free-standing shower, and heated towel racks.

All 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor also offer king beds, beautiful headboards 50” wall-mounted smart TVs. One has an ensuite bath, while the other 2 share a full bath with large soaking tub, tiled walk-in shower and double-sink vanity.

Travel outside to the backyard, you will find a 20’ x 40’ pool and spa, a beautifully shaded, wisteria- covered arbor and a bubbling, small pond with waterfall, a half basket ball court and a Bocce Ball court! . Beautiful mature landscaping includes hydrangeas and oleanders, roses, mulched planting beds and greenhouse. The vineyards are close by with hedges for privacy.

Sonoma paradise

We loved everything about this place Bedrooms spacious and comfy great well equipped kitchen nice dining room and wonderful outdoor spaces around the pool and hot tub which we made much use of- The setting of the house is up on a knoll with sweeping views and Lovely landscaping. We had three small kids with us and outdoor area was a big hit with them the pool has a retractable cover for child safety

A great family stay

We booked this house for 7 of us and we had plenty of room inside and out. Lots of nice gathering places and the property was well kept. It overlooks a vineyard and feels private and high-end. We stayed for 4 days but I'd highly recommend a week's stay.

The views were wonderful. It was so lovely to be on a vineyard and to watch all the hummingbirds. Short 10 minute drive to Healdsburg. Spacious rooms and pool/hot tub were an added bonus!

Close proximity to wineries, Healdsburg square is less than a 10 min drive away, and the grounds are absolutely dreamy. Mgmt company was very responsive to questions. Very spacious home with the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental home I've ever had. Gas grille was a great bonus. My kid loved all the space to run around in, especially the game room which was amazing. Every board game imaginable.Looking forward to a future stay with friends or family as there was room for everyone to exist comfortably.

The house was perfect for our party of 8 celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. The rooms were set up perfectly, the grounds are AMAZING, and the location is incredible! We couldn't believe how well the kitchen was stocked with spices, serving utensils and wine glasses! The dining room table looks out over the property so just sitting and eating supper you're amazed at the view. The property has a bocce ball courts which is a pleasant diversion from visiting wineries. We grilled on the gas grilled, played bocce ball and drank amazing wine. PERFECT! We had everything we needed and then some for our trip. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous views

This is a beautiful property that is nicely located to the town of Healdsberg. The scenery around and at the property is absolutely gorgeous! The house matches up to the pictures. It has lots of amenities however everything is a bit outdated. It was clean and pretty well stocked.

The property is beautiful, you feel like the scenery in the background is fake. We loved the grounds and the inside of the house is comfortable to host larger groups. The house also had everything you could think of needing (pans, griddle, coffee maker, wine opener, beach towels, hand soap, spices). The property isn’t too far from downtown Healdsburg so the location was great. There’s nothing within walking distance but I’ve stay in Sonoma before and you just need to drive to get to places. I’d rather stay on a scenic property than downtown in my opinion. The sunsets here were amazing. The jacuzzi and pool were used during our stay as well. We all loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

beautiful property for a total wine country experience

This house was simply perfect for the celebration with our family of a big birthday. It is spacious, comfortable, family oriented, with a very nice kitchen and dining area inside (and out). There are plenty of games to play with kids and adults. The pool is wonderful, even though it is not heated (that wasn't an issue given the warm weather). And the outside grounds are truly gorgeous from the rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the hummingbirds to the vineyards to the bacci ball cout and gorgeous area around the pool. We had a blast! And we will be back.

Beautiful property for relaxing escape!

I rented this property with eight other girlfriends for a birthday wine weekend. First of all, the property is gorgeous. You are surrounded by vineyards and there is a lovely wraparound deck with chairs to sit on and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather. The backyard has a pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower as well as a grill which was an amazing way to spend an afternoon. Everything is clean and in perfect condition and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. (Plenty of towels, dishes, etc). The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for nine of us to not feel cramped. The house is just a very short drive (maybe 5-10 minutes) from downtown Healdsburg, which is such an adorable little town with great boutiques. We could not have asked for a better set up to enjoy the weekend!

Great for Family Getaway

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lytton Station Vineyard. We needed a warm, quiet place to "shelter" with our family and we could not have asked for more. It feels like you are staying in someone's home, not just a rental, with lots of space to spread out and relax. The vineyard setting is beautiful. We would come back.

A wonderful Thanksgiving 2020!

Our family could not have asked for a more perfect experience for this Thanksgiving. We made careful and safe plans for our family with three kids and both sets of grandparents to be together. The house was everything we hoped for. The grounds were serene and beautiful with gorgeous fall colors. The two trees surrounding the property were deep red and the vineyard was oranges and yellows and greens. The sun shined all across the obviously cared for backyard with roses abound. We enjoyed the hot tub, the swing, and the rocking chairs on the veranda at sunset. All the bedrooms were perfectly appointed and the beds were super comfortable. Finally, the gaming table kept everyone entertained for hours and hours. Thank you for offering up this amazing property to our family during these incredible times. We hope we can return again!!
