The Space:
Low Barn Cottage has been recently redecorated to a high standard so you can expect lovely interiors and furnishings throughout.
Once inside the property, you’ll be welcomed into the modern living, kitchen and dining area. With crisp white walls and two dark leather sofas, this space feels snug and welcoming. A home from home, you can spend plenty of time with your loved ones and enjoy quality time together. There is a TV with Freeview so you can keep on top of your favourite shows during your stay.
A great place to socialise, the dining area can be found near the bay window. With a large table and matching wooden chairs, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy home cooked meals.
Fully equipped for all stays, the kitchen boasts a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. With light blue cabinets, light wooden worktops and quirky tiles, this space is seriously stylish.
With silver fittings, the first bathroom in the property is an ultra clean and modern space. It boasts a bathtub with an overhead shower, along with a WC and wash basin.
Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find the bedrooms and a second bathroom.
With a cosy feel, the first bedroom is spacious and homely. There is plenty of storage space for you to make the most of during your stay. You’ll enjoy your nights sleep at Low Barn Cottage as the double bed boasts fine quality bedding and linens.
The second bedroom has sloped ceilings so you can expect a traditional cottage feel, however a modern twist has been added to the space. The comfy double bed and the two singles have plush bedding and crisp linens. There is ample storage space as the room has matching bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a white wooden dressing table.
The second bathroom is located off the top landing space. With sloped ceilings and a skylight window, the bathroom boasts a shower, basin and WC.
Outside, the cottage has its own private patio which leads into the central Mediterranean-style courtyard and common areas. The central feature of the courtyard is a 200-year-old Olive tree set in a raised circular flower bed. You’ll find designated private garden areas within the courtyard with private patios surrounded by raised flower beds, each with an abundance of shrubs, seasonal flowers, and palms. Dusk till dawn automated exterior mood lighting to set the scene around the grounds.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Grange Farm is situated on the beautiful Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast at Sewerby, mid-way between the seaside town of Bridlington and the quiet fishing village of Flamborough, as well as Bempton Village with its world-famous RSPB seabird colony.
Sewerby is Bridlington’s premier coastal village. Head to one of the most popular attractions in the East Riding of Yorkshire, Sewerby Hall, which is a grade 1 listed building and also home to the Museum of East Yorkshire.
Within the village, you’ll find The Ship Inn serving freshly prepared food throughout the day and a popular beer garden with brilliant sea views. If you’re after a refreshing drink in the summer then Blu Savannah is the place to go for hot and cold drinks, as well as ice creams.
Sewerby is popular with walkers, and especially those wanting to visit Bempton Cliffs – a RSPB Nature Reserve which has been proposed for the UNESCO Geopark.
Head into Bridlington and walk along the elegant promenade or relax on the sandy beach. You could also choose to visit the historic harbour and take a trip on the Yorkshire Belle. If you’re travelling with little ones, they will love the seafront funfair and amusements. Donkey rides are also on offer in Bridlington.
For a touch of nostalgia, don’t miss the wonderful Old Town where Dad’s Army was filmed. The Old Town has managed to keep its quaint personality providing a delightful selection of shops and cafes.
Getting Around:
Bridlington train station has direct routes to Scarborough, Hull, Sheffield and Doncaster. A number of connecting routes can also be found from these stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.
Hop on the 14 bus in Sewerby and you’ll have easy access to Bridlington and the pretty village of Flamborough.
