 First Floor – Stairs with handrail lead up to the first floor where there are two double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from their own balcony, each with chairs and bistro table, perfect to sit and soak up the sea views
Second Floor –Stairs with handrail lead up to second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. The room is flooded with light during the day from dual aspect windows, and doors lead onto the large balcony with far reaching views over the bay and back to Kalkan. The perfect space for those wanting privacy and to enjoy wonderful sea views and romantic sunsets
On this level there is a large linen cupboard on the landing.

Lower Ground Floor – Steps lead down to the lower ground floor which is ideal for a second family or young adults. There is a small separate lounge with sofa, armchair, highchair, coffee table, feature fireplace, smart TV and mini kitchen with under counter fridge, sink, and tea/coffee making facilities.
