All our apartments are located inside a condominium with other residents.
Enter the door on the street: open it with "number 13" + bell and then call +39 3401344384 ( no one will answer to that, the call just open the door). 
Go up the steps and go right, pass in front of the lifts and continue to the left, exit through the glass door and walk along the balcony, enter the glass door and go up the stairs to the 3rd floor; once arrived on the landing the apartment door is the first on the left.
To open the apartment door, enter the code 45369 on the keypad.
