This beautiful 5 star villa is located in a secluded little bay in town Molunat only 20 min. drive from Dubrovnik Čilipi airport. Villa has been newly renovated from an old rustic house. Very specious luxury villa has a private beach with breathtaking views and large 14mx5m infinity pool.
Villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with its path ways in the shade, perfect for morning stroll where you can always meet a Donkey and few goats. Owners live close by and are very happy to share all the local hints and suggestions where to eat the best fresh fish or by local products. Villa is fully equipped with all the appliances, each bedrooms has its own air-condition and satellite TV. Each room has amazing sea views and balcony. Large inviting BBQ and outside dinning area make the guests want to cook and ask for an extra days to stay.
In the town you can find rent a kayaks, market, restaurant. Only 33 km away is old City Dubrovnik.

Simply georgeous!

We are delighted with this villa. The surroundings and the view, the atmosphere and the peace with which it is surrounded is indescribable. The rusticity of the villa gave us a special feeling of home. It will remain in our memories forever. It is special that we had everything we needed, and that there were no problems or details we could complain about.

Wunderschönes Haus am ruhig gelegenen Ortsrand. Gepflegte Aussenanlagen und ein toller Pool. Sitzgarnitur im romantischen Schatten, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, Wäscheständer, ausreichend hochwertige Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Innenausstattung vom feinsten. Mit jedem Tag wächst die Sehnsucht.
