Villa is a plus for our guests staying close to the center and the sea. Our villa attracts attention with its magnificent sea view. You can have fun in the pool with your family against the sea view of Kalkan.

Pool Sizes: Length : 8 meters, Width: 4 meters, Depth: 1,60 meters.
Kitchen: Open planned kitchen.
Details: A refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a dining table for up to 8 people, and all kitchen utensils are well-equipped.
Living Room: Sea view, accessed to the pool area with sliding door.
Details: Comfortable seating, dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, communal toilet. There is also cinema room with Smart TV.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
