Chicago. Christmas

Our family gathered in Chicago for Christmas . This was a great location. Ron & Kathy were perfect hosts, they even provided a Christmas tree. Short walk to neighborhood shops and restaurants and to the train station. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished and we loved its character and charm . We would highly recommend .

Some buddies and I stayed here for a jays game and stayed here for the weekend. No issues with the property and the location is really convenient to Wrigley field.

Absolutely lovely location. Grand old walk-up, second floor, owners live downstairs and were so hospitable. Few minutes walk to Wrigley, great restaurants, groceries. Loads of room for the three of us, could have easily housed twice that many!

Beautiful unit on a quiet street with great access to Wrigley field, restaurants and shops. Pay attention to the temporary signs about street cleaning that seem to appear with little warning…. You will get a ticket!

I can’t say enough about this property! It is a very short walking distance to Wrigley which was important due to my dad not being able to walk long distances. The area was very nice and safe and the house was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised!

You truly feel like you're part of the neighborhood here. An elegant, older property that's been meticulously maintained and is very clean top to bottom. Beds were very comfortable and with only three of us (father, son & grandpa baseball trip) we had plenty of room. We loved sitting out on the balcony, especially in the morning. There was even some of the extras you would not expect like coffee, soap, parking pass, etc. Ron was an excellent host. Even though he and his wife live directly below, they kept to themselves but were readily available if we needed anything. It was amazing walking only a few blocks to Wrigley Field, plus there are tons of shops, restaurants, bars & grocery & drug stores in the area. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting an incredible Wrigley baseball experience!

Family weekend

The property is well maintained. The location was perfect as we went to a cubs game. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Close to many restaurants and bars. Was able to get access early which was good for us. My wife and 2 adult children had an awesome time. Ron was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again

Wonderful location and neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, shops, groceries/pharmacy.

Property is completely accurate in description and was perfect for 4 women friends gathering for a weekend. The neighborhood is vibrant and delightful with close restaurants, shops and all needs. Hosts made parking very easy as it was road games for the Cubs. Short drive or L to downtown for other activities. Property was a gem and perfect for our groups needs.

Great place for both Cubs weekends and non Cub Weekends

I would imagine this unit gets rented often by groups attending Cubs game which makes a lot of sense based on the location and proximity of the ball park. I would also say it is a great place to stay for other events. We were in town for a game a football game at Northwestern and the proximity to the El at Addison and Clark which will take you anywhere in the city as well as the great night life around Wrigley is tremendous and the owner provided parking permits which were critical for our out of town guests who drove in and during a non Cubs weekend it is not as crowded as well. Owners are very friendly and available and also respected your privacy as they never came up to the unit.
