Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Rear garden with courtyard and garden furniture. Extensive grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Coarse fishing on-site. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the grounds and a lake 50 yards away. . Bluebell Cottage stands on the site of the old farmyard pig sty. It is named after the traditional English bluebell which can be seen in the ancient woodland on the farm in April/May time forming a vibrant carpet of blue. It is south facing with stunning views over the fishing lakes and the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds. Poachers Hideaway is the perfect place to explore, relax, unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the countryside. Ideal for families or couples to enjoy this beautiful location, set in 156 acres and has superb views across the Lincolnshire Wolds.
The cottage has a living/dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and sleeps 2 guests.
Miles of walks on private footpaths on the farm await you along with direct access to the Heritage Bridleway and Viking Way along with numerous public footpaths across the Wolds. There is even an area designated for exercising your dogs.
4 miles away is Cadwell Park Race Circuit with the Georgian market town of Louth 9 miles, and Horncastle famous for its numerous antique and collectables shops, just 5 miles. The City of Lincoln famous for its cathedral, castle and vibrant Brayford Waterside area is 30 minutes drive, as is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness with its sandy beaches to the east. Pub and shop 2 miles
