Esperienza pessima. Il proprietario non rispondeva al telefono per concordare il check in. Risponde solo il giorno di arrivo dicendo di recarsi nell'appartamento per depositare i bagagli e ritirare le chiavi, in attesa che finissero le pulizie. Arrivati nell'appartamento, l'addetto alle pulizie dichiara di non avere l'autorizzazione per la consegna delle chiavi. Ci ritroviamo a doverci spostare per Milano con i bagagli avendo prenotato e pagato per tempo. Dopo qualche ora ci viene comunicato con email che la prenotazione era stata annullata, senza indicare alcuna motivazione. Professionalità e serietà inesistenti, si evince che l'unico scopo di questa attività è ricavare il massimo possibile senza scrupoli nei confronti del cliente.
