New years at casa nikte

We stayed here to dive, and the house met all of our needs. You could tell it was very nice at one point in time, but had a lot of wear and tear over the years. The convenience to the dive shop downstairs and the dock out front with the pool steps away was priceless. Biting sand flies were horrible, so I would pack bug spray. Power went out a couple nights and water shut off once but they fixed it quickly.

Lets start off the house is on a main road very close to the airport so you have car traffic airplanes flying over now the house is on the second floor of a Diving Business soo people are walking around the property there is a front gate that stays open during business hours 8am till about 5pm so if you have kids you want to be mindful that if left unattended they can wonder in the street. The house easy fits ample amount of people lots of doors not as clean as you would hope there is a microwave oven and a electric stove outdated washer and dryer theres some tricks to getting it to work

DO NOT STAY HERE - IT IS AWFUL- UNSAFE-BROKEN

DO NOT STAY AT THIS RENTAL- I would bet money that the good reviews are made by personal friends of the host. There was NO RUNNING HOT WATER, and a literal hole next to the front door so you could reach in and unlock the bolt lock- THERE WAS NO WAY TO LOCK THE HOME- The pool was disgusting and being used by the SCUBA company on the property- it was not private. The hot tub and dishwasher were broken. The host refused to refund us any of our $5000 even though we left the unit immediately after learning of all the problems. This rental was so dirty, and everything was broken down, dirt and debris all over the beach. Dangerous rusted out drainage grates on the ground. Also totally not a real beach.. dirty and unusable. In addition to not even being able to lock the unit, there are tons of people on the property all the time for the dive shop. Host is nasty and rude- She is just scamming people out of their money. The neighborhood is not in a good area and she promised a security guard who never showed up. The rental is in total disrepair. DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO RENTING THIS HOME- IT IS THE WORST RENTAL I HAVE EVER BOOKED.
