About this property
Peaceful, streamside, detached bungalow - close attractions, walks & beaches
This beautiful, well equipped bungalow is set in a tranquil riverside location on the outskirts of Liskeard and is a great base for exploring South East Cornwall.
Situated just at the edge of picturesque Bodmin Moor you can enjoy the peaceful rural location with the convenience of a town 10 minutes away. There are fabulous walks from your doorstep and the beaches at Looe are just 20 minutes drive away.
The bungalow is ideal for couples or families.
The recently refurbished detached bunglow is in a sought after location and can sleep up to four people in its two bedrooms.
The property is all on the ground floor and has a parking space right next to it with additional visitors parking if required.
The large open plan living-dining room is stylishly decorated with comfortable sofas and a dining table to seat four plus highchair. There is an HD TV with a DVD player, and a cupboard fully stocked with books, board games, puzzles and DVDs. There is unlimited high speed wifi available for use during your stay.
The newly installed, well equipped kitchen contains a selection of equipment and appliances to enhance your stay.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and space for a travel cot if required. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage as well as two bedsides. There are views of the river from the bedroom window.
The second bedroom has full sized bunk beds which could be used by adults, teens or children. The room has a large chest of drawers for storage and floor space for children to play.
The bungalow has a private, fenced in patio with garden furniture which is a real sun trap. There is also access to the shared grass areas, the stream and the wider estate.
Outside there is a hose for cleaning off muddy dogs or sandy children!
High quality bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and will be changed weekly if you stay for longer than seven days.
Originally located in the historic Rosecraddoc Manor Estate, the quiet rural location is ideal for a relaxing break. The gentle babbling of the River Seaton which passes through the grounds next to the bungalow makes the area a haven for wildlife.
The bungalow is available for stays of 3 nights or longer.
The price is fully inclusive of electric, water, linen and cleaning.
We welcome a well behaved dog but request they are not left alone in the property.
For younger children there is a high chair, travel cot, kids cutlery, books and games.
