Short Break
The property is very tastefully appointed and in a lovely village. Everything that we needed was in the house and a nice touch was essential groceries etc. It was secure for our dog once the gate was closed. A great base to explore the Cotswolds areas with nice pubs within a short drive. Stay Cotswolds were very friendly and efficient.

Great stay in heart of North Cotswold
We had a lovely stay here. Everything was in order and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked and we appreciated the coffee, tea milk etc Location was great for getting to all the towns easily. There is a great sofa for 3 people so another comfortable chair would be nice. Overall great stay.

Short break
The cottage was very comfortable, in the end only 3 of us stayed which worked well. There is s seating for 5 people but it would have been a squeeze and cramped. The kitchen was very well equipped and suited our needs very nicely. Bedroom’s were comfortable and clean.

Holiday
Great location, very quite. The property has everything you need. On arrival it looked clean, going in we found rubbish in bags left in bathroom. Then going to sit on settee there was dirt and crumbs not expectable.

A perfect Cotswold getaway
We had a lovely 4 days at Steeple view. It is a beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated the attention to detail - nice bed linen / towels, coffee pods left and washing machine tablets. We are hoping to come back next year

Staying at steeple view was lovely
Steeple view was a lovely peaceful place to stay , We stayed on a very hot week , so didn’t get much sleep as the bedrooms upstairs in the roof space were very hot and only one fan provided , maybe another one could be too , the lounge and kitchen diner was a lovely space , could do with a couple of comfy chairs as the others were uncomfortable, , it was clean As the eye can see but furniture not moved to clean behind and sofas had food hair and a bobble under cushions , which was off putting , apart from that it was a great place to stay for visiting all the little Cotswold towns .

Steeple View
We had a fantastic 4 day stay (Mon - Fri) at Steeple View. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and well equipped for families and is situated in such a lovely quaint village. Our two young daughters especially loved the bunk bed which was definitely the highlight of their stay. Can’t wait to return hopefully sometime in the Summer!

Perfect stay for a family
It is a beautiful property. We were four adults, one toddler and one dog and we found that the property was spacious and had everything that we needed. A fantastic base to explore the beautiful surroundings. We also met plenty of friendly neighbours when we walked our dog!

Perfect quiet location
A lovely well appointed property in a quiet location. Stone floors and underfloor heating made it cosy and comfortable. Todenham is a small village so you do need to drive to nearby Moreton, but plenty to explore within a 20 minute drive. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely cottage in great location
Steeple view is a lovely cottage in a great location close to Moreton in Marsh. It was very clean and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal for my mum who has mobility issues. The lounge area was very comfortable and kitchen had most provisions except for a microwave. I did find the hob difficult to operate though. However overall I would recommend this cottage.

Holiday Getaway
We visited this lovely place with three adults and a dog. We all thought the place was perfect for our stay, high quality furnishings, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, lovely bedding, plenty on interesting books to read, toys for kids if needed. The location was perfect for out stay, nice and quite, and easy to access all the lovely places by car. Three little negative, downstairs bedroom, blind let's light in when drawn in the early hours when the sun comes up, so a nice early start to the day 5am. Could of had a bit more grass round the back for the dog as mainly weeds. Final cooker top is a bit hard to use if never used an induction hob before...miner things. Overall it was brilliant and would definitely return.

Steeple view
Thoroughly enjoyed our mid-week break at Steeple View. Beautiful cottage in a lovely settle. Would definitely stay here again. The only areas that could be improved are 1. A microwave in my opinion is a necessity. 2. Could not open the downstairs bathroom VELUX and the bathroom will become damp overtime.

First stay with Cotswold Stays.
i took my partner away for her 30th birthday and we were joined by some friends. The whole weekend was lovely from start to finish and the accommodation was fantastic, the only slight downside is there isnt a restraunt or pub within walking distance, the most local is morton-in-marsh which is 3 miles away and can be difficult to walk especially with young children. other than that, the whole weekend was fantastic. really enjoyed.

Lovely property - shame about the cleanliness
Lovely house, very high spec furnishings and well laid out. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Located in a quiet village setting but near to all the lovely villages and Stratford upon Avon. Unfortunately we arrived to find the previous occuptants' half eaten food in the freezer, microwave plate very dirty with dried on curry, used coffee pod still in the machine and not cleaned. The bathroom shower plughole full of hair and rubbish left in the upstairs bedroom. Outside the table and chairs were covered with dried on bird poo. Especially annoying because I clean holiday villas both here and abroad for a living and spent the first hour cleaning it all up.

Stay in Steeple View
Located in a peaceful and picturesque village, that is ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. My only criticism is that the toilet seat lid had been broken off by previous guests in downstairs bathroom and had not been replaced. Also there is no plug socket by any of the mirrors in the property which makes drying/styling hair very difficult. There was room for a mirror on the wall in the ground floor bedroom where there were two plug sockets. Despite these minor niggles we would happily return to this property.

Lovely village location!
Had a great stay at Steeple View. Wonderful quiet village and lovely house with everything we needed to self cater etc. Knew everything was thought of to make it a comfortable stay. Great location, seem to be 20 to 30 minutes drive from everything. One very minor negative was the TOG of the Duvets. It was summer and very warm upstairs in particular. Days were only 23-26 C day but upstairs was close to or over 30C at times and the duvet was 13.5 TOG which is for very cold winter weather. Would have been good if a flat sheet was provided or a light summer duvet for warmer months. This is a really minor thing though. Would definitely stay again.

A mixed bag
A lovely holiday cottage which was very clean. A nice welcome pack and everything you can think of in the kitchen. It is a very short drive from Moreton in Marsh which has shops, pubs and restaurants. Off street parking was great especially as, despite being a small village, the road is very busy at times. However, there were a number of issues which would put us off booking again: - broken toilet seat (downstairs) - I can see this was mentioned on a previous review but is has not been fixed/replaced - no mirrors in the bedrooms (except one) and where there were mirrors, there are no plugs making hair drying/styling tricky - the stairs/landing/upstairs bedrooms' carpet is extremely harsh and uncomfortable to walk on - the hob is ridiculously difficult to operate! -Sleeping was tricky as the bedrooms were extremely hot (28 degrees overnight downstairs) and the duvets were very thick. Also, there is a boiler in the downstairs bedroom cupboard and the light shines through the gap in the doors plus the blind lets all the light through. We actually left a day early as we wanted some sleep! It is a real shame that guest comfort has not been thought through as it is a nice house in a good location
