The space
We are delighted to welcome you to our mews apartment. Found approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the historic market town of Pershore and a stone’s throw away from the stunning Malvern Hills and Cotswolds, both areas of exceptional beauty. Enjoy a cosy getaway with picturesque walks, local village shops and country pubs serving arguably the best food that Worcestershire has to offer. The apartment is extremely attractive, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed studio situated on the first floor with a view over open countryside. The apartment is self-contained with off road parking for one vehicle and is accessed by a private front door and staircase. It is ideal for those requiring a location within walking distance of the amenities in town. Pershore is a superb location for touring the surrounding area including the Cotswolds the Midlands and South Wales.
My property sleeps up to 2 guests in a King size bed.
My property is located on the first floor with its own private entrance.
The apartment:
Entering the beautifully equipped apartment through your own private entrance you will find everything you need in one place. There is a comfortable living area with reclining chairs and a Smart TV (You'll need to use your own log in details for the TV applications). From the window of the apartment you can see fields and the beautiful Worcestershire countryside.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with an electric oven with grill, ceramic hob with an extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, stainless steel sink, microwave, kettle and toaster with a breakfast bar with 2 stools, and a 32" Samsung Smart HD slimline TV.
The comfortable king size bed will be made up with hotel quality linen. The bedroom area also comes with a wardrobe, dressing table, and a large set of drawers. There is a digital alarm clock, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and spin dryer.
There is a separate en-suite with toilet and wash basin with heated towel rail and electric shaver point. A glass door leads to the tiled shower cubicle which has a Mira electric shower.
The property benefits from electric heating, is double glazed and fully insulated.
Parking is available for one car.
The apartment is very well situated for touring the West Midlands, we are in the Vale of Evesham, close to the Cotswolds, Malvern, Cheltenham, Stratford on Avon, Warwick and Birmingham. There are many walks locally as well as National Trust properties well worth visiting. It is convenient for the horse race meetings at Cheltenham and Worcester as well as the Three Counties showground at Malvern and Three Choirs Festival in Worcester.

Guests have access to the whole property.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
